Kelley Brothers Contractors, Inc. began operations in 1955 in oilfield construction out of one office in Waynesboro, MS. Today, our operations have expanded providing not only oilfield construction, but commercial telecommunications, maintaining yards and offices in Waynesboro, MS and Flomaton, AL. We are a licensed contractor in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and Louisiana, have Mississippi and Alabama Authority and 48 State Interstate Trucking Authority.
Al-Tom Forest Products manufactures a wide variety wood products with production capability of 1,000,000 BF/month. We take pride in our ability to cut a wide range of thicknesses and lengths (up to 20’) to ensure less manufacturing for our customers once they receive our products. Al-Tom owns and operates our own fleet of trucks for delivery to customer sites. Rail shipping is also available.

Kelwood Products Inc. was purchased in June 97. Both the lumber manufacturing facility and log harvesting crew were in operation at the time of purchase under the names Gatlin Timber Co., Inc. and E. L. Gatlin Logging, Inc. The facility is located on 25.52 acres of land on State Highway 513, west of the town of Enterprise in Clarke County, MS.
Local L. P. Gas Company, Inc., d.b.a. Local L P Gas Company, was an existing business acquired in April 1976. The office is located on Highway 45 in the town of Buckatunna in Wayne County, MS.
Local L P Gas Company, d.b.a. Kelley Oil Company, was an existing business acquired in March 1978. The office is located at 700 South Street, Waynesboro, Mississippi.
Complete Environmental and Remediation Company, LLC was founded in 1998 with a mission dedicated to providing a diverse range of services to meet each client’s unique business challenges and to develop innovative, comprehensive, and creative solutions with a cost effective approach. Complete was created as the missing link to the Kelley Companies. The Kelley Companies are family owned and operated Mississippi corporations.
Tommy, Jerry, and Terry Kelley noticed that the largest expense that Complete Environmental & Remediation Company paid every month was for testing. The Kelley Brothers recognized a good business opportunity and discovered EDL Labs.
EDL Labs was an existing business acquired in March 2002. The office, located at 39 King Road, Hattiesburg, MS, employs 6 employees. EDL Labs is a full service environmental testing laboratory.
